Our New Rochelle Team

Barbara and her husband Keith Barbaria grew up in New Rochelle and returned to Westchester to raise their family. Their daughter is now a lawyer and their son works locally for the NY State Assembly. Barbara attended New York University for undergraduate and Columbia University for graduate school. She is active in the New Rochelle Chamber of Commerce and local networking groups. She held senior positions on Wall Street for over 25 years managing global equity and fixed income research departments.

Barbara is excited to operate the Maid Right business model to Westchester. During the course of her career she was heavily involved in training teams, mentoring associates, and fostering a culture of collaboration and support among her peers. The Maid Right residential cleaning model provides a best in class clean by cleaning professionals who undergo extensive training, and are vested in the business as franchise owner/operators. The Maid Right model offers a unique opportunity to help people start their own business while offering a quality service.

Maid Right has grown substantially since the business started in 2015.
